Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a service.
Services Provided
360 Radiance Inc offers paramedical skincare services in Sunrise, Florida, including the Face Reality acne treatment program, facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, and other professional aesthetician services. All services are provided by Marta Nazzar, a licensed Paramedical Aesthetician, or under her direct supervision. We are not a medical practice and do not provide medical diagnoses or prescriptions.
Not Medical Advice
Information on this website and provided during consultations is for general educational purposes about skincare, not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician or dermatologist for serious skin conditions, medication interactions, or any concern that requires medical care.
Booking, Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments may be booked through our website, Cal.com, by phone, or by WhatsApp. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee at our discretion. The 15-minute quick chat is free. The 30-minute consultation is $35 — and is always free for clients booking the Acne Treatment Program.
Contraindications & Disclosures
You must disclose all medications, recent treatments (including Accutane, Retin-A, Tazorac, Differin, oral or topical antibiotics), allergies, pregnancy status, and relevant health conditions before any treatment. Failure to disclose may put your safety at risk and may result in refusal of service. We reserve the right to decline or modify any treatment based on your health profile.
Results Disclaimer
Skincare results vary from person to person based on skin type, condition severity, adherence to home-care regimens, lifestyle factors, and individual biology. Testimonials, before-and-after photos, and outcome statistics on this site reflect real client experiences but are not a guarantee. We do not guarantee specific results.
Payments & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Treatment programs and packages are generally non-refundable once started, though we will work with you in good faith if exceptional circumstances arise. Product purchases may be returned within 14 days if unopened.
Intellectual Property
All content on 360radianceskincare.com — including text, images, logos, the Radiance Skin Care Line branding, blog articles, and treatment protocols — is the property of 360 Radiance Inc or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website or our services — no scraping, no automated submissions to our contact form, no impersonation, no posting of unlawful or harassing content, and no interference with site security. We may suspend access if these terms are violated.

Our site links to and integrates with third-party services (Cal.com for booking, WhatsApp for messaging, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Use them at your own risk and review their respective policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, 360 Radiance Inc and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 360 Radiance Inc from any claim, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your misuse of our services, or your failure to disclose health information relevant to your treatment.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
